Seon is one of the best dressed New Zealand models (in my humble opinion) – she rocked up to the NZ Fashion Festival shows each day with outfits that always caught my eye. What can I say? The girl has style. My favourite outfit of hers (and probably of all of the models’) was this one from Thursday evening. I never would think to ever wear yellow Chuck Taylors or yellow shoes at all for that matter. She paired them with “my aunties jeans” (Levi’s 501′s), a classic Calvin Klein logo tee and a cropped checked blazer. When she walked away I noticed the ‘Calvin’ branding poking out from under her jacket on the back of her tee (below). I asked her – did she plan that? She responded in the negative – she wasn’t aware. Style obviously comes naturally to her then.

I made Leilani stand in the rain for this photo, as punishment for that blatant lie she told yesterday about how she’d used all her clothes in the last four days and had nothing left. Feel the rain?! Take that Leilani! Take that! But in all seriousness, how cute is this whole sock/shoe combo? If I were tall and skinny you bet I’d be on that socks/high-tops tip. Fo’ sheezy.

Maddy stuck with the self-promotion by carrying a McTavish & Co. bag tonight. She didn’t stick with the ‘disgusted hot’ expression though – I would call today’s face, ‘happy-away-with-the-fairies’.

Today Vinnie was wearing a vintage Omaha Cardinals team jacket he got from the now defunct Fast & Loose on K’Rd. Tonight he was wearing a new Zambesi ensemble from the not-defunct Zambesi Winter 2012 collection (below). See what I did there?! I know, I think I’m clever too.

Jasper Seven.

Today Jasper rocked up on his bike again, and I spotted Michael Whittaker roll down on his skateboard. Matt Purcell walked and Vinnie caught a taxi to Shed 10. All four things have lead me to this conclusion: Male models do not drive.

In other news, note Jasper’s clip-on sunnies – did I not say clip-ons were making a comeback?! I really, really hate to boast, but I LOVE TO BOAST.

All black and white everything for Alyssa this last day of the New Zealand. Fashion Festival. I don’t know who makes the t-shirt but I’m particularly fond of the drop shoulder and rolled sleeve. And look at that face! One word: adorable.
