Write a bike.

I would like a personalised bike. I’m not really a bike-rider, but I would like to cruise around town with my name on one.

Ohhhhh, I love this. Don’t you? Isn’t it beautiful? Look at the R’s next to the I’s! Sooo gooooooood. And the ampersand! Ahhh this is so great, I think it’s kind of off-beat when you look at it up close, with the weights and thicknesses of the lines and the tight kerning and everything, but for me it just works! It is so good to look at. I know I am raving, but the ligatures are frickin’ amazing. I wish they had designed the whole alphabet as I would definitely have stolen it and used it somewhere.

Helvetica vs Arial.

If you think you know your fonts (okay I know this doesn’t really apply to that many people) this is a test I got sent on Friday. I have to say that I did better than I thought, 18 out of 20, but it’s tricky.

So, 90% of you won’t care about this. In fact, of the 10% who might care, 3% still don’t care enough to take the test. I know this already. This test is just for the benefits of a few people, ie. Brad.
