Remember how I went to the Laneway Festival with Lee Jeans? Yeah, well I did and I told you about it last week so if you’ve forgotten already you really ought to get that whole memory thing checked out. If your ability to recall fact is great, you may remember that I said I was going to do a little post on some of the headwear trends I spotted throughout the day.
It was hot that Monday, so hats and sunnies were out in full force. (Side note: Karen Walker eyewear reigned supreme on the day. I swear I have never seen so many of those ubiquitous shining arrows on the sides of heads in my entire life.) These are just a sample of some of the interesting headcoverings I came across:
Okay, I don’t know what the name of this kind of hat is, but obviously I have one (overshare: it belonged to my ex-boyfriend, he got in Germany, I got it in the divorce) and so did many others:

Oh man that elephant sequin hat. So good. Reminds me of a bag from my wanna-be hippy childhood. Also man with natural fibre bonnet looks like a character from Game of Thrones and I love him for it.
