I haven’t been blogging properly because I’m busy.

Lots of things have been happening over the last month. The freelance lifestyle, whilst fun, is also quite a juggling act. In addition to a whole lot of personal life crisis type sh*t that you don’t need to (or want to) hear, there’s been a few work things going on that have taken up a bit of my time.

Firstly, I’ve been organising and shooting a couple of little things, including Area 51′s S/S Lookbook (which took place yesterday – you can see some behind the scenes action on their instagram). The other one I can’t talk about yet. Next week there’s going to be a little event on that I’m helping host, so keep your eyes out if you want to be invited. A lot of my time has been spent on a little collaboration piece I’m doing with Little Brother which comes out at the start of October (you may have worked it out already if you’re clever at the internet - while you’re at it, ‘like’ the page whydontcha?!), and in between my usual blogging and freelancing, I’m also a contributor to The Sunglass Hut’s ‘Inner Circle‘ site which is taking me to Sydney for a lunch next week. High flying, right?! If you add all of these things together and mix in new initiatives for the blog (thanks to those who have been giving me business advice**), preparation for New Zealand Fashion Week, and a trip to New York (which also involves a little bit of fashion week-ing), you can see how things fall by the wayside.
