- This weekend just gone, Karen Walker’s ‘Sea Monsters’ S/S 2012-2013 collection started coming into store. The first drop contains one item of clothing that, based on previous seasons, I know is going to completely sell out: the sweater. In fact, one variation of the sweater (the scuba print) has already sold out and it’s been two days. Remember that ‘American Girl’ sweater from last season? I waited to buy that, and I was extremely lucky in getting one (even though it’s a size too big). I should never have waited. If you follow my Instagram, you’ll know I wear it all the fricken time. Anyway, my point is, the octopus and whale versions of this season’s sweater are still available so if you’re thinking about it – do not waste time! Get in now!
- I mentioned these Mr Hare loafers in my Highs and Low(e)s yesterday, using one word to describe how I felt about them: WANT. These are men’s, yes, but I feel like a Men’s US7 might be be okay, they might just fit me… (they really won’t). Anyway, they were recently featured on Colette’s Instagram and I want the black pair! I want them! I can’t have them due to the fact I can’t get them in my size and even if I could I’m not sure how I would be able to fund the US$545.00 (approx) price tag (not to mention shipping) so one of you out there needs to get them! Now!
- Finally, I don’t have a picture for this because I’m an idiot and I didn’t take one at the time, but yesterday I went to Café on Kohi for the second time in my life but I ate for the first time. I had truffled eggs on sourdough, which was basically this amazing scrambled eggs with truffle and some kind of feta or goats cheese or something in it. I don’t know whether it was because I had just been around models for the last five hours and I was drained as hell and anything would’ve been great, or if it was really one of the best breakfasts I’d ever had, but I’m going to go with the latter. Try it. Go there and try it. The end.

Those loafers are way cute!
damn it’s crazy just how quick those sweaters sell out! if only I hadn’t invested in a wetsuit then maybe I could afford one of them, I’ll definitely regret it!
