How did you get into modelling?
I joined Clyne when I was 13, but didn’t work too much until I got my braces off at 15. My sister was scouted, and I was too young to be left alone at the time so I went along with her and got signed at the same time. I got signed to IMG when I was 16.

Favourite modelling job so far?
I would have to say the Chanel Cruise/Resort 2013 show. That and doing shoots in Australia and New Zealand – it’s fun to do shoots with teams you know.

Dream modelling job?
A V magazine cover. Or the cover of ID. It’d be great to book a Victoria’s Secret show or a Givenchy show.

Favourite modelling destination?
New York.

What do you love about modelling, and what do you hate about it?
The money is great, as is the flexibility and the variety. The worst things are having to be away a lot and having no control over how things will turn out. You’re totally in the hands of other people.

What about the pressures of the industry? Staying thin, rejection, etc.
If you aren’t strong it, modelling can take of your whole being. You’re objectified so much. You can wait for hours at a casting, walk in the room and they barely look at you before sending you out. You have to grow a really tough skin. It’s true – you have to think a lot about what you eat. It can be so consuming, thinking about it all the time, you’re lucky if you have good genes. Young new faces are told you have to be really anorexic and ridiculously thin to work, but I don’t think it’s necessarily true. A lot of the top girls aren’t like that.

If you weren’t modelling, what would you be doing?I’d be studying full time. [Editors Note: Georgia currently studies Psychology and Marketing part time and is half way through her degree.)

Mint choc chip ice-cream. That and fish and chips on the beach.

I like Freja Beha. I like androgynous models.

Lime.

What’s a trend you hate?
At the moment I hate fluoro, and I think those dresses and skirts with the short fronts and long backs-
Mullet dresses?
Haha yes, those. I think they’re done. Oh, and jeggings.

What’s something people wouldn’t necessarily know about you?
I play the piano. Also, my dad is a professional golfer.

What’s the last thing you bought?
Other than food, these Ray Bans.
