The first thing I noticed upon walking into the tent for Alice McCall’s show, were the rows of large pastel laptop case ‘goodie bags’ lining the front two rows. Being in Row C, I have to say I was a little disappointed that one of those babies wasn’t going to be mine, but not as disappointed as some around me. As the lights went down and they called the audience to ‘move forward and fill any available seats except for the front row’ people literally scrambled to take those Row B seats. I haven’t seen girls in full head-t0-toe ‘fashion week’ outfits (read: high heels, accessories, the works) move so fast.
For all of us who didn’t bother moving forward or for those who got beaten to the punch – it was okay, we weren’t leaving empty handed. The Alice McCall collection was sweet and lovely and above all: incredibly wearable. My favourite things? The baby blue pieces, a white sheer dress with full skirt and floral print on the front – anything sheer and white, actually.

I was distracted by the man in the background of all your photos staring at his cell the whole time! And the clothes were so dreamy!
