This guy knows what's up.

Okay, let’s be honest here. I haven’t done too much since I got to Boston, hence the lack of blogging. I was going to post a picture of my outfit but getting a good photo (and someone to take one) has proven difficult. I will persist though!

The last two days have consisted of sleeping, wishing I was sleeping, trying Boston ‘clam chowder’ for the first time, constantly reiterating the fact that I’m kidding (seriously. Nobody gets my jokes here. New Zealanders are too sarcastic and deadpan or something. Too dry. Americans do not get it at all.), discovering ‘oyster crackers’, comparing freshly squeezed orange juices from here to the ones in Paris (Paris is better), trying to work out the tipping system, shopping but not buying (self control levels have been quite admirable), admiring the beautiful buildings and joking with the door man to this hotel (HEY BRENDAN!)

Here’s some of it in photos:

New England Clam Chowder.

By the way, Oyster Crackers don't have oysters in them at all.

This is a crab cake. It was literally a ball of crab. 90% crab I'd have to say. Good times.

Some babe from the Marc Jacobs store.

Lobster gnocchi and pea puree.

Lobster roll and fries.

Apparently this is a salad.
