There was a bit of a rigmarole getting into the Camilla and Marc show at the State Theatre last night. After standing at the door for what felt like an age – all the while watching young celebs and powerful fashion types walk right in (the feeling was akin to being picked last in gym class), Isaac and I finally made it into the venue. The theatre was small. It was packed. I’m sure the amount of people in there was breaking some kind of fire code. Being amongst the last let in, we immediately noticed there was nowhere left to stand to get any clear photos. Damn. After a quick scour of the place, we spotted a gap on the mezzanine level that looked like it might be okay and gunned for it. It wasn’t great, but it was good enough (and all we could do). I ended up having to crouch on the floor and sneak a few shots from between the balcony rails. Oh, the lengths one will go to to get a photo.
Oh, hello there.
