There’s something kind of ridiculously wonderful about a man in a Thom Browne suit. Ridiculous because on many, the suit would look silly. The shrunken aspect, the crazy prints, the short sleeves and short pants (or even just the shorts full stop) – how many guys can pull that off? But they are wonderful because on others, they look so right. ‘Others’ being young, skinny, fresh-faced, beautiful boys.
Ahhhh I love these photos by Junji Hata. (More below.) They look like overgrown school kids. So full of life!
I’m depressed to know I will never look that cool even if I were earing a Thom Browne suit.
They should just make it compulsory for all boys to dress like this.
