My brother just sent me this, and I had to repost it for it’s novelty factor.
The Stampy digital camera is a concept designed by Jinhee Kim, and basically is (like the name suggests) a digital camera that can create a rubber stamp of your photograph! This is cool. I love stamps. I hope it gets produced. Imagine the possibilities!
The only question I have is – how would this actually be possible?
1. it wouldn’t have a screen on the back
2. instead it would act as a polaroid
3. mixing the chemicals upon separation would allow the image to appear on a pad as crystals
4. soak a sheet of watercolour paper in water+vinegar, allow to dry off
5. press the pad onto the damp watercolour sheet for 2 minutes
6. slowly pull off
7. throw away pad. buy a new camera.
8. you may aswell get a 669 polaroid camera. it’s probably cheaper.
