So… I kind of want these:
Whaddaya think?
They’re called the ‘Eastwood Ankle Boot’. They’re by Melbourne-based label, ‘Friend of Mine‘, and I really do think that they should be friends of mine. Friends of my feet that is.
First of all, they’re low enough to be comfortable, but they’re not flats. This is awesome for both comfort and style factors. Secondly they’ve got those buckles and zips and capped toes which makes them tough-I-ride-motorbikes-like, but the fact that the trims are gold and not too chunky mean they’re not too kick-you-in-the-teeth-gangstrrr-like. (I made those phrases up, can you tell?) The perfect friends for my feet, no?
So, as much as I’d love a pair of these to wear whilst roaming the streets, at NZ$505.00 I can’t really justify them right now (especially on my damn financial diet). Sad face. But I do have hope! I know someone out there can afford these! You – yes you! I think you should do it! You can get them here.
A couple more pics below.

Unfortunately they are sold out, I would’ve got a pair then we could’ve shared them
