So, if you follow me on twitter, you might know that my work got broken into a couple of weeks ago, and my beautiful, beautiful iMac was stolen. Plucked off my desk! Thiefed! Whisked away, along with my headphones and other computer related things.
Ever since then (and until I get my new computer), I’ve been using my own laptop for work. This is no problem, I love my laptop. It’s like my baby. Laptops are awesome. You could even say, that a laptop is this girl’s best friend.
But now this is the part where I gripe a little. As much as I love my laptop, carrying it to work every day has made me realise just how fricken heavy it is! It is so heavy. I’m not exactly the strongest girl in the world, but I’m also not that weak. It’s not just the weight. I’m telling you now, the thing can just be so awkward to have with you. And it is even heavier and more of a burden when you don’t exactly own a laptop case or bag.
Now, the answer to all my problems, and the point of this post: The ultimate laptop bag!
I have been doing a bit of research into laptop bags or just bags that will fit my laptop, and I have found this great navy wool one on Etsy (thanks Darren!). I love the wool. It looks like it’s cosy. And cute. And best of all, it’s kind of school-girly (to match my dress) AND the wool would be so good with one of those Pijama cases (which I haven’t purchased yet)!
