So… An announcement huh?
I’ll let you all speculate, because to be honest, I have no idea what it will be.
And while we’re on the topic, you may or may not have seen Christobelle’s new photos (more below – click to enlarge) on the Chic site. So they’ve spelt her name wrong, but whatever, at least she’s on there right? I have to say I was behind old Christobelle the whole way through the first season of New Zealand’s Next Top Model, but then got over her as soon as she’d won. I hadn’t really seen her in much around the place and I kind of wrote her off.

her hair pulled over to one side makes me think she looks awfully similar to alice dellal.

EVERY model worth their salt has their hair pulled to one side a la Dellal. I’m not a fan of salt but it obviously pays well to do so in the modelling industry or you don’t work. At least in these photos she looks less commercial and more edgy. Ooh, what a surprise…a messy top knot.
Seriously though, I don’t mind her look at all-just preferred Ruby.

I think her thighs are too skinny. I’m all for minding the gap, but she’s taking it too far. Plus she has that jaded ‘I’m-a-model-and-I’ve-stayed-up-all-night-taking-drugs-and-f***ing-all-kinds-of-different-people-you-couldn’t-possibly-understand-how-glamourous-my-life-is’ expression on her face (esp in 3, 4 & 5) which I KNOW IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO WEAR but those NZNTMers were heaps sassier when they still had some schoolgirl geekiness in them.
All that being said the last one has a bit of deadly ’60s intellectual about it. Which is nice.

I was never much of a Christobelle fan but these photos are by far the best I’ve seen of her.
The last black and white one especially – it’s GREAT.
