I'm down with Derya. « katherine is awesome

Derya Parlak that is. I’ve just seen her on the cover of NZ Fashion Week‘s official mag, ‘The Guide‘. I don’t know much about her but I feel like I see her in EVERYTHING these days. My flat mate and I have decided she has the ‘angry-hot look’ down to a fine art – you know, that kind of quasi pissed off but uber-sultry expression. We like. We like a lot.

She’s got beautiful skin, I’ve seen her walking around Ponsonby and honestly, she is stunning in real life. A few weeks ago some of my colleagues saw her at Ponsonby foodcourt, and she stood out like a sore thumb. It was like a halo of light was surrounding her. Seriously. Like Jesus. If you believe in that sort of thing. I’ve heard a rumor she’s off to Milan. (I’ve seen her on the Fashion Model Management site, so maybe she’s already there? Does anyone know?)

ANYWAY…

All this OTT raving is starting to sound a little obsessive. The point of this post is to tell you how much of an awesome model I think she is. But don’t trust my opinion – the proof is in the pudding as they say, and the pudding is after the jump.
